Ordered delivery & half of my order was forgotten & driver knew said id get it with future order & they made me order extra food to be delivered & made me pay for my original delivery order that was supposed to be free. Food was burnt & wasn’t very good. This is BULL SHIT. I wasn’t able to come pick it up like was told I had to do. But was charged twice & didn’t get it Acting like they can’t refund my card. And when call & request forgotten items get treated with such disrespect & then get hung up on. The management team is EXTREMELY RUDE!! Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!!

I want to tell you last couple weeks. I have hoarded that Pizza and there has been horrible service horrible everything and a pizza on Father’s Day and I had to wait an hour and a half and tonight I ordered a fried chicken dinner and got chicken strips. they took the chicken strips and took them back and ordered. Nothing told me I had to wait another half an hour which would’ve been like 45 minutes from now and then they said oh we’re sorry too bad for you. You don’t get to eat dinner tonight isn’t that a great restaurant?

Pizza was good, but they definitely are stingy with the toppings. However my chicken Alfredo was not good sauce tasted like they just poured straight milk over my pasta and it all sunk to the bottom of the container as you can see and the chicken is terribly over seasoned with whatever that is on it.

wow, im blown away⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i ordered delivery tonight (saturday ) was fast , hot- fresh and!!! DRUM ROLL 🥁 they are very heavy on the toppings!!! plenty of toppings unlike some places - we got a pizza with garlic cheese bread & wings! this is our new go to spot after tonight . 10/10 and BTW- thank you for brining good food to west rockford we need good spots like these !!. the food was so good we forgot pictures LOL

Hello. So, for those of you who are already Vinnys pizza lovers(home of the hurricane), let me share some exciting news... they opened another one. It is still the same owners( we asked), and the pizza was just as delicious if not better than their sister location near alpine and newberg. They did a great job remodeling. You wouldn't even recognize the inside. They have a very nice dining area now, which is separate from the front counter for pick-up orders. We only did the large bacon and pepperoni pizza just to make sure they were legit, of course... it was phenomenal. For those of you late nighters, they are open until 1 am. on Fridays and Saturdays. I'll make sure to add more pictures when we go back again tonight. :) Stay tuned for more. Thanks for following.
